Supervisor Respiratory Care - PAMC RESP THERAPY

The Respiratory Care Supervisor is responsible for daily operations, personnel management and clinical expertise of the Respiratory Care department primarily in the pediatric areas of the hospital including NICU.  Coordinates team to deliver patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards.

Hours: Full-time, 0.9 FTE, Variable Shift, 40 Hours Per Week

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: National Registered Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care Or Upon hire: National Certified Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  Five years: Recent experience in Respiratory Care; 2 of the 5 years must be in NICU or PICU.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree: Respiratory Care. Two years: Previous supervisory experience in Respiratory Care.
