**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** Supervisor - Revenue Cycle - Albany, NY - Full time This position is located at 425 New Scotland Ave, Albany. Responsibilities include: Oversee day to day revenue workflow for adherence to revenue goals Meet with staff on an ongoing basis to identify daily/weekly goals, updates, and assignment changes Conduct routine Quality and Production audits for staff in the unit. Exporting revenue data for reporting and projects Support staff with site access Provide and open and engage environment for the unit Work with reporting manager on unit activity, develop/update needed workflows to meet units performance goals Project support as needed Maintaining up to date tipsheets, education tools, share points. Lead meetings as needed – open hours – education etc. Assists in performance appraisals Maintain a strong working knowledge/understanding of all regulatory requirements. Develop/maintain strong working relationships with all key individuals Maintain/Approve staff timecards and PTO Ensure there are adequate resources to support daily objectives Train new hires as needed Providing per diem coverage as needed Handle other HR functions as identified Promote working as a team to achieve strategic and financial goals and the objectives of engaging in honest and professional conversation with colleagues and staff. Help coordinate solutions intra- and interdepartmentally. Collaborate and act as a liaison with the physician groups in order to identify ongoing revenue cycle issues and actively participate in revenue cycle-related process improvement initiatives. Demonstrates the ability to understand and effectively utilize a highly complex billing system(s). Maintains current knowledge of all Federal, State and compliance regulations related to billing and insurance as required based on the scope of the position. Demonstrates an understanding of HCFA 1500 claim forms, CPT, ICD.9 and HCPCS codes specific to insurance carrier requirements as required based on scope of the position. Maintains clear and concise documentation in claims and/or online notes as required based on the scope of the position. Serve as a resource to colleagues and staff for complex and/or escalated account questions and/or concerns. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations as appropriate. Work cooperatively with all team members to ensure quality service at all times. Communicate respectfully and effectively with providers, clinical staff, colleagues, managers and others. Adhere to St Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates employment guidelines at all times. Perform mandatory in-service training. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to the St Peter’s Health Partner’s Medical Associates Code of Conduct in performance of all job duties. Experience Requirements: 2+ years of experience in related Supervisory role of 5+ employees Effective written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail, organization & effective time management Ability to work independently with little supervision and multi-task Solid judgment to escalate issues appropriately Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and related computer programs & general office machines Education Requirements: Associate’s degree - Preferably in finance management, healthcare management, and/or accounting **Pay Range:$24.48-$39.16** Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
