Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over het klantenteam liftinstallaties in deze regio, waarbij je leiding geeft aan het team van ongeveer 12 monteurs. Je werkt samen met de werkvoorbereiding en rapporteert aan de Branche Manager. In deze functie heb je de vrijheid om de afdeling, jouw team en jezelf naar een hoger niveau te brengen en de klanten tevreden te houden!

Jouw werkzaamheden:

Maken van een goede projectplanning.Efficiënt inzetten van capaciteit en middelen.Toezicht houden op de uitvoering waarbij je de kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang bewaakt.Teamoverleggen organiseren en zorgen voor een prettige en veilige werkomgeving.In samenwerking met je commerciële collega’s onderhoud je contacten met klanten.
