Position Summary The Supervisor is responsible for supervision the overall operations of staff shuttle bus provided by vendors.Primary Responsibility 1. Be completely familiar with the Complex including all locations, driveways, traffic, roads and transportation facilities of Macau. 2. Manage and establish good relations with other divisions to ensure an effective operations of Complex. 3. Be promptly response to the customer complaints and or requests, immediate response to any verbal complaint/request. 4. Immediate response to any vehicle breakdown and accident happening. Ask help from bus vendors and immediately report to superior. 5. Maintain the fleet buses/vehicles always of good image. 6. The front line staff should always be polite and pleasant manner. Monitor duty attendants attendance and duties as assigned. 7. Maintain the logistic flow to be smooth all the time, especially during the peak hours. Re-enforce supervision in this area. 8. Monitor and report any serious traffic accident nearby or influencing the property. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. 9. Build strong relationship with suppliers and services contractors from the related industry to maintain an efficiency operations and support. 10. Be responsible for provision of a safe, tidy, clean and pleasant environment for staff of the property. 11. Assist Transportation Manager in preparing weekly report and any other reports as required by the Management. 12. Carry out any other duties as required by Transportation Manager.Requirements 1. Middle School; High School preferable. 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a large 5 stars Hotel or Transportation Company. 3. Strong hands on experience in Staff Bus Management operations. 4. Spoken and written English and Chinese. 5. Be strong in interpersonal and communication skills.
