The Social Work Supervisor provides oversight to social work for completion of comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of participants and their support systems. Acts as the geriatric/medical social work expert and clinical supervisor to social workers (LCSW, CSWA, SSA) both within their immediate social work teams and PMG at Home.

Required qualifications: 

Master's Degree in Social Work: from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work. Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License  8 years of relevant post MSW clinical Social Work Experience. 5 years of Social work experience with the medically fragile adults 2 years of Supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Coursework/Training Or  Advanced training. 2 years of experience as a subject matter expert, clinical licensure supervisor, trainer, or preceptor.
