Supervises and coordinates Sterile Processing activities. Responsible for staff scheduling, planning and organizing work priorities, and troubleshooting and solving departmental issues. Participates in hiring, and disciplinary processes.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree Upon hire: National Certified Ambulatory Surgery Sterile Processing Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution Or Upon hire: National Certified Endoscope Reprocessor - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Or Upon hire: National Flexible Endoscope Reprocessors - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution Or Upon hire: National Certified Healthcare Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Or Upon hire: National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Or Upon hire: National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Or Upon hire: National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution Or Upon hire: National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution Or Upon hire: National Management in Sterile Processing - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution 2 years Leadership experience. 3 years Sterile Processing experience.
