HUGO BOSS is seeking a Supervisor to join in one of our store BOSS Store Marbella Internacional, Avenida Rotary Internacional 29-31.

\n\n

We are looking for a person with the following competencies:

\n\n

- Previous Experiences such as an Supervisor in Retail. 

\n\n

- Previous Experiences in Management, managing a Similar Role.

\n\n

- High level of English.(C1 advantage).

\n\n

- Knowledge of the operation Luxury Retail Stores.

\n\n

- Knowledge of another language is a plus.

\n\n

\n\n

 

 

What you can expect:

In your role as a Supervisor, you act as an inspirational role model in supervising the team members on the sales floor in the KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.

\n\n

 

\n\n\n\tSupervise, assist and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve individual and location’s performance targets and KPIs\n\tSupport the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short and long-term targets\n\tCoaching, developing and training team members to continuously improve product and selling skills\n\tImplement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base\n\tDrive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed\n\tBuild and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tPrevious experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment\n\tPassionate in leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision\n\tAbility to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business\n\tDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge\n\tWillingness to constantly learn & develop\n\tExcellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal\n\tExperience in networking & building relationships\n
