Justification
This is a 5-surgeon surgical office. This practice includes general, colorectal, and bariatric surgeries
Supervises the daily operations of a clinic. Responsibilities include staff management, general administration, financial activities and project management. The Operations Supervisor position requires a motivated, well-organized, and conscientious individual who is able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
**Required**
+ High school diploma level of education
+ Minimum of seven (7) years of Supervisory experience.
+ Minimum of two (2) years healthcare experience.
+ Expert knowledge of duties performed in the area of responsibility.
+ Competent in basic Microsoft Office programs
+ Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Preferred:
+ Associate or Bachelors level of education
+ Current/Prior Management experience
This is an exempt (salaried) position

Salary Range: $59,904.40 - $95,846.64 per year
_Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
