Job SummaryAs a Surveillance Supervisor, you will support the overall integrity of gaming and the protection of all guests, employees, and Company assets. In addition, you will represent the Department in the absence of the Director of Surveillance and Surveillance Manager. This position' starting wage is $18.
Essential Functions Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations Responsible for the Surveillance operations on the casino in the absence of the Director of Surveillance and Surveillance Manager Responsible for assisting in training Surveillance Operators in monitoring casino table games operating procedures, electronic gaming device procedures, casino cage procedures, and administrative procedures Train Surveillance Operators on Illinois Gaming Board Adopted Rules and Bally’s Quad Cities Internal Controls Adhere to and enforce all rules and regulations of the department, Company policies, and the Illinois Gaming Board Adopted Rules Safeguard company assets of the entire facility Review all Surveillance Incident Reports Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program Report any irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activity to the Director of Surveillance, Surveillance Manager, and Illinois Gaming Board Responsible for executing anti-money laundering investigations Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Must have above-average math skills Must have strong organizational and decision-making abilities Must have excellent customer and employee relations skills Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holiday Physical Requirements Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time Frequently required to define color Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high Frequently required to lift items up to 25 pounds Frequently required to reach overhead Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time Environmental Working ConditionsThe work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
