Responsibilities
Provides technical and direct supervision for personnel in assigned laboratory area. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span. The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or related science. Two to four years experience in assigned technical area required. One to three years supervisory experience in assigned technical area preferred.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication, problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills required. Good computer skills required.
