Job Description: The Supervisor, Personalized Value & Digital Strategy is responsible for partnering with US Marketing in analyzing and executing Personalized (Segmented) Offers.  In addition, Supervisor, Personalized Offers & Digital Strategy builds the business case and performs the post analysis, partnering closely with US Marketing to sell-in the strategy and report on the business case and performance to US SLT and key O/O leadership groups.  Additionally, this role will provide analysis to support overall digital economics and providing the system proof points of the impact digital is having to the business and the ROI of digital.   Primary Responsibilities + Supports overall Digital Economics including annual assessment of digital P&L and incremental cash flow impact as well as return on spend + Calculates ROI for components of various digital offers and loyalty and recommends adjustments to offer strategy based on data + Support Personalized Value Mission + Digital Offers Engine support providing analysis and strategic support to the glidepath to personalized offers including business case and sell-in to Owner Operators + Provides analysis to support Segmented Offers discounting recommendations (and business rules / guardrails) to align with the overall Revenue Growth Management goals + Works with SIP & US Marketing Organizations on customer segmentation approach to set guardrails / goals for segmented offer strategy for each customer segment + Strategic thought partner of Digital Business + Tactic/initiative business case development and post reporting to Internal Leadership and Owner/Operator Committees + Partners with Global RGM Org on future state offer analysis/ROI with Digital Offers Engine (including what level of granularity will be available to O/O’s) + Provides continued support to various key Digitally-focused Owner/Operator Committees   Benefits eligible: Yes Bonus eligible: Yes The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - $108,810 / per year    The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Masters in Finance, Economics, Math preferred + 2-4 Years Experience required + Strong analytical capabilities with experience in working with analytical teams and translating outputs into actionable insights + Knowledge of pricing and promotion dynamics, multi-tier pricing environment, long term impact of pricing decisions + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
