Summary About the Position: This Supervisory Budget Analyst position is assigned to the Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors in the Project Manager Defense Cyber OPS PL TAO, Business Management Division, located at Fort Detrick, MD. Responsibilities Serves as the focal point for staff advice and coordination on all matters pertaining to Vendor Pay activities, programming, reviews and analyses, and designated management reporting requirements. Collaborates with authorized personnel of other units to negotiate, decide on, schedule, or coordinate payment for supporting services. Coordinates the Vendor Pay activities with BMD and other managers within PEO IEWS TAO. Serves as the technical authority on all Vendor Pay matters. Prepares the PEO IEWS TAO execution plans and exercises delegated authority for vendor pay processes. Provides supervision of subordinates directly and through assigned subordinate supervisors in the daily operations the Vendor Pay Team, ensuring short-term and long-term goals and objectives are met. Establishes effective communications and positive work environment. Demonstrates consistent emphasis on SHARP, EEO, affirmative action, and prevention of discrimination in employee selection, promotion, training, and other personnel management practices.
