Supervisory Customer Experience Specialist-Firearms

Oversees associates within assigned department(s), utilizes leadership skills and abilities to empower associates to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
As a Supervisor Customer Experience Specialist in Firearms/Sporting Goods, you are responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience in the Firearms/Sporting Goods departments. You will support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure an extraordinary shopping experience for our customers. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on product knowledge. You will organize and maintain firearms in all locations within the store to include the Firearms Counter and Firearms Vault. You will ensure that 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately as well receive incoming firearms using logbooks and electronic systems. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.

Job QualificationsPrevious experience with Inventory Control procedures preferredPrior knowledge and experience with firearms preferredUnderstanding of ATF laws and regulationsAble to learn and adapt to current technology needsAble to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questionsAble to take initiative Able to share brand knowledgeAdditional Qualifications/Requirements: Excellent attention to detailWilling to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as neededMust possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team membersExcellent communication skillsBasic computer skills12 months Retail experience preferred.Must be age of 21.
