You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management programs. You will plan work, set priorities and schedules work as necessary to assure effective to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority of work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work. You will provide technical and administrative oversight, advice and instruction. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using automated financial database and spreadsheet software to develop, improve and forecast labor; (2) Validating employees time and attendance to meet bi-weekly payroll submission; 3) Planning work, setting priorities and scheduling work as necessary to assure effective and expeditions accomplishment of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work; 4) Labor analysis and cost corrections for data calls by researching data to report findings to the appropriate authority; 4) Reviewing and interpreting laws, policies, regulations, directives, etc. pertinent to financial management to establish impacts to labor and resource allocations.
