Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Engineer/Architect in the Facilities Management Division of the Public Works Department Guantanamo Bay, NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Responsibilities You will direct, control and coordinate assigned operations within the PWD by utilizing knowledge of facilities management, technical and administrative skills. You will be responsible for the oversight of costs, personnel, quality of work, and all other functions which affect the timeliness of work schedules. You will formulate budgets requirements taking into account future plans, payroll, training and overhead requirements. You will provide the leadership, coordination, and oversight necessary to accomplish community management, space management analysis and site approval determination. You will provide advice and assistance to program managers, the Regional Engineer, installation commanders and Public Works personnel. You will assign work, set priorities, establish deadlines, grant leave and execute performance plans.
