Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the SUSTAINMENT GROUP, AVIATION READINESS & RESOURCE ANALYSIS DEPTARTMENT, CONFIGURATION AND DATA MANAGEMENT DIVISION, WEAPONS CDM BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will perform Supervisory duties which will include but may not be limited to; establish performance plans and conduct regular performance reviews for STRL employees. You will be responsible for planning, development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, affordable and effective support strategy for Hardware and Software Configuration Data Management. You will plan and monitor integrated logistics support (ILS) for weapons systems and equipment. You will evaluate and report on contractor configuration and data management systems. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Performing in a leadership, manager or coordinator role requiring the acquisition, assignment and management of resources and tasking in a team or collaborative environment to accomplish organizational objectives; 2) Planning, implementing and managing a comprehensive, affordable and effective support strategy (processes and procedures) for Hardware and/or Software Configuration and Data Management; 3) Providing technical direction, analyzing alternatives, and recommending configuration and data management techniques (planning, identification, control, status accounting and audits) in accordance with DoD standards; 4) Overcoming obstacles and/or objections when presenting new information or direction through strategic communication, objective reasoning, and adapting a message to fit the intended audience.
