Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Fleet Support Team Logistics Department of FLTREADCEN EAST. Responsibilities You will resolve life-cycle procurement specification matters for assigned equipment. You will conduct aviation logistics sustainment reviews to define essential elements for an aviation program. You will evaluate the impact on budget milestones when changes occur in program funding. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Resolve conflict and successfully negotiate solutions to complex technical issues; 2) Assess program documentation, system designs, and aircraft/ engine system interfaces for logistics consideration; 3) Identify aircraft/ engine ILS program planning and execution problems; 4) Direct, monitor and evaluate the performance of prime acquisition contracts and other ILS contracts; 5) Provide written documentation that will be used in contracts between the government and its suppliers.
