Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Records, Reports and Directive Management Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will serve as the senior analyst for organizational management support for the Records, Reports and Directive Management Division. You will plan, manage, and oversee organizational improvement initiatives and strategic workforce planning support services for senior leaders in the Records, Reports and Directive Management Division. You will develop broad-range plans and objectives for operational improvement of the records management process and procedures. You will transform the records management program from a paper-based recordkeeping process to an enterprise electronic records system. You will execute full range of human resources and fiscal responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulation, implementing issuances, agency policy, and established time frames. You will formulate and oversee the implementation of the guidance for record-keeping. You will review information system architectures, concept development, and implementation to ensure compliance with operational needs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing the command leaders with organizational management and Workforce Develop support services for the Records, Reports and Directives Management Section; including organizational improvement initiatives, executive decision making, strategic workforce planning, civilian training, leadership development and other programs to build and sustain organizational excellence and a high performing workforce.
