Supervisory Program Manager
Summary This position is located at US Mint,Office of the Director - Sales and Marketing Directorate. As a Supervisory Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the annual integrated marketing plans to achieve customer acquisition, unit sales, and revenue goals. Supervising all projects and initiatives involving the E-Commerce platform (catalog.usmint.gov) which involves technical planning, testing, and implementation as well as operational activities. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Program Manager, you will: Oversee the cross functional development and execution of highly integrated product launch marketing plans, including identification of target audiences, key messaging, product positioning, and setting clear and measurable goals and objectives. Analyze and interpret performance data to optimize campaigns that most cost effectively deliver on measurable goals and objectives Manage paid multimedia advertising, including creative development, media planning, performance monitoring and optimization Responsible for the Mint's e-commerce web platform including oversight of digital analytics, merchandising, web content, product display pages, landing pages, checkout process, and home page. Requirements Conditions of Employment All employees must wear face masks while on MINT property when required by CDC and Federal guidelines. A one-year probationary period may be required. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized experience for the GS-14 is one-year (52) weeks of experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent in either public or private sectors, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: -Experience managing the development and execution of national product launch marketing plans. Examples include Identification of target audiences, key messaging, and product positioning AND -Experience working with upper management to propose integrated marketing channels, tactics or budgets AND -Experience analyzing performance data to optimize strategies and tactics AND -Experience driving personalized and segmented outbound marketing strategies (email, SMS, direct mail) AND -Experience managing advertising planning including creative development, media planning, performance monitoring and optimization.
