Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the FACILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT DEPT of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will manage daily operations and provides technical management of the FRCSW facilities management systems and production support efforts. You will establish and monitor FRCSW facilities metrics and reviews for performance adequacy. You will provide direction to subordinate supervisors to execute priorities of production and focus on the production mission of the command. You will evaluate performance of Facilities support levels and adjusts to situational challenges. You will establish detailed initial and long-range FRCSW program objectives in compliance with COMFRC Strategic Plan. You will be the technical authority on workload capacity and trade skills available to accomplish the mission of the division. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: A comprehensive knowledge of industrial manufacturing, planning, programming, and budgeting regulations, guidelines and process, and thorough knowledge of the FRCSW facilities and equipment planning, acquisition and management processes. Knowledge of facilities investment strategies, tactical execution, and long-range strategic planning.
