Responsibilities You will assure that assets issued from the local warehouse are delivered to customers within the appropriate frames. You will keep track of repair status for assets sent Repair/Return and informing customers when updated status is available. You will review and analyze information such as tables/reports from automated systems to ensure accuracy of supply data elements, files and databases to determine overall supply effectiveness. You will ensure that staff are appropriately selected, utilized, and developed, and that they are treated in a fair and equitable manner. You will evaluate work performance and provides feedback to others on their performance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing supply databases and inventory reports to identify inefficiency within an inventory system and recommend changes while ensuring operations are in compliance with regulatory and fiscal directives. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
