It is uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare business. We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Director to lead our Partnership Team. This essential role will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and cultivating partnerships to expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, able to excel in a wide variety of areas including business development, strategic thinking, financial acumen, relationship building and communication. Furthermore, the ideal individual should be self-motivated, demonstrate executive presence, and be able to act as a strategic thought partner to both enterprise leaders and external clients. **Key responsibilities:** + Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. + Identify and prospect potential business partners, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to drive long term value. + Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to support product development, marketing, sales, and operations. + Conduct market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities, setting the pace on new industry trends. + Lead teams in executing and scaling partnerships, ensuring successful implementations, rollouts, and expansion. + Create and manage business cases and budgets for strategic initiatives. + Lead and develop a high performing team of partnership professionals providing guidance support and coaching. **Required Qualifications** + 5-7 years experience working with a strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth. + 5+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in health care or a related industry, with a track record of launching and managing products. + Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. + Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills. + Hybrid approach 3 days a week out of RI or Boston offices. **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior understanding or working knowledge of rewards and incentive programs or similar digital products with a strong understanding of user engagement strategies. + Omni-channel retail experience. **Education** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
