System One is seeking a Remote Supplier Administrator to support our client for a contract opportunity!

Position Overview:
Responsible for day-to-day Supplier entry tasks in the SAP Ariba system. Tracking progress to ensure steps are completed for proper onboarding of the Supplier. Responsible for the SLP functions including supplier qualifications, supplier data management and other supply chain supplier relationship tasks utilizing the SLP. Tracks progress daily of tasking and updates required individuals in the company.

Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of related experience. Some college level education or facilities related certification coursework preferred. Skills: Experience working with Procurement Teams. Experience working in SAP ARIBA Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) module Ability to manage internal Client Relationships Ability to manage External Supplier relationships. Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required. Additionally, a demonstrated proficiency in the use of internet search engines, electronic mail systems, and spreadsheets is required. A working knowledge of company policies and procedures is preferred. Ability to work on individual tasks and team tasks. Ability to work with various levels of staff. Good verbal communication skills are required to clearly deliver work instructions. Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
