Position:Supplier Business Manager - RedHat NA
Job Description:

As a Supplier Manager you will build influential relationships with key decision makers at assigned suppliers in order to grow sales and market share in respective technologies through various programs and marketing communications activities. You will act as liaison between field selling groups and Corporate to resolve questions/ issues regarding products and/or suppliers, including supply chain management, website development, promotional materials. In this position you will be expected to provide guidance to the field on large opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and maintain relationships with Red Hat product / brand managers on RHEL, Ansible, and OpenShiftDevelop and deliver the Arrow value prop message to channel managers and key account executivesSupport strategic initiatives and project manage tactical strikes such as ADR SprintsExecute a new strategy to increase Red Hat renewals, reduce churn, and upsell / cross-sell using Red Hat and Arrow reportsCollaborate with the sales and operations team to streamline the renewal process and deliver quotes to clients 90-days+ from the renewal dateOngoing management of renewals pipeline and performance metricsOther duties to support business branch operations as necessary

What We Are Looking For

At least 10 years combined experience in the following areas:

Supporting technology suppliers as a Supplier Manager, Account Manager, Vendor Relationship manager, or similarSupporting and understanding technology alliance solutions suppliersSolving complex problemsContributing to complex improvement

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow Leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$107,900.00 - $170,503.43

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
