**DESCRIPTION**
Manages, develops, and implements programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects. Partners with key business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Leads initiatives to optimize supply capacity, improve demand visibility, and manage procurement deliverables for new business start-ups. This role requires strong project leadership, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Optimize Supply Capacity:** Own the overall status of supply capacity for each engine/genset family, ensuring efficient and reliable supply chains while minimizing disruptions.
+ **Clear Demand Visibility:** Serve as the point of contact for demand visibility, providing stakeholders with accurate, timely information on both constrained and unconstrained demand to aid strategic decision-making.
+ **Accurate Demand Signals:** Collaborate with global material planning teams to maintain precise EDI demand signals, ensuring the supply base is well-informed and responsive.
+ **Lead Capacity Uplift:** Spearhead capacity uplift initiatives for complex, cross-functional categories, driving improvements and enhancing overall supply chain resilience.
+ **Timely Procurement Deliverables:** Ensure all procurement deliverables for new business start-ups are completed on time to support the successful launch and scaling of new ventures.
+ **Program Management:** Manage and implement cross-functional programs, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure projects meet business objectives.
+ **Project Leadership:** Lead multiple projects from inception to completion, facilitate planning sessions, set performance goals, and track progress to ensure successful execution.
+ **Risk Management and Coaching:** Identify and mitigate project risks, apply motivational techniques to drive change, and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

+ **Project Schedule Management:** Managing the planned schedule using the recommended schedule management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
+ **Project Scope Management:** Managing project deliverables (scope) to ensure that all necessary work is completed efficiently and effectively.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Technical Competencies:**
+ Supplier Collaboration: Serve as the Primary point of contact to partner with Procurement and supplier management teams ensuring long-term supply and capacity planning in alignment with demand
+ Project Management: Ensure timely execution of critical activities and manage risk mitigation across functional stakeholder groups
+ Supply Chain Management: Deep knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in a complex setting, to develop demand and supply scenarios at various levels.
+ Data Analytics: Ensure working through large data sets to make sense of current and future supply plans through a dynamic supply chain network, keeping product lifecycles and sourcing strategies in mind.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** College, university, or equivalent degree required. Master's Degree is a plus.
+ **Licenses & Certifications:** This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
+ **Experience:** 10+ years of supply chain, planning, manufacturing sourcing / procurement, or vendor management experience.
