Supplier Diversity Project Manager

What you’ll be doing: 

Work with functional leads and others as needed to understand business requirements and transform raw data into actionable and meaningful insights.Develop quality reporting tools/products to extract valuable business insights.Work with Business Intelligence and other data teams to source, develop and document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements.Analyze large amounts of data to find patterns and insights that will help answer business questions and growth Sales and improve productivity performance.Work with Line of Business leadership to provide ad hoc analysis as needed.Leveraging sophisticated analytic approaches and techniques, quantify impact and track performance of Sales campaigns and initiativesOwn the analytics delivery end to end (defining approach, interacting with the business units and partners, laying out data requirement, obtaining data, managing resources to do the relevant analysis, building models, and delivering actionable reports)Establish and maintain working partnership with business sponsors, vendors as well as other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure all analytical support and reporting needs are coordinated and delivering desired result.Stay up to date on emerging industry or technology trends and create proposals to upgrade reporting, analytical tools and processes as needed.

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in: Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience4+ years of previous work experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or similar programAt ease with data and numbers -- proficient in Excel, Access, Power BI, and experience with SQL and database reportingProficient in Microsoft Project a plusTechnical aptitude and interest a plus – experience with or interest in building skills coding repeatable, adaptable analysis in Python, R, or SASExperience using Business Intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Poer BI, Tableau and MicroStrategy)Experience as a data analyst with deep experience in data miningWorking knowledge of data transformation tools e.g. Alteryx
