Our Finance Operations Team at Whole Foods Market is looking for a passionate and experienced Supplier Maintenance Analyst who has experience collaborating with our Shared Services Model. This role will ensure compliance with Supplier onboarding, maintenance, and support of our BPO partnership.
Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. Primarily responsible for supporting Whole Foods Market team members with their Supplier needs.
This role is based at our Store Support Offices located in Austin, TX. This role will report to the office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
+ Solution business process and technical errors related to Supplier profile setup issues to ensure timely and accurate payments.
+ Research, respond, and/or redirect queries related to payments, audit requests, supplier issues and past due items to appropriate teams.
+ Satisfy business needs related to Accounts Payable systems and mining of Accounts Payable data.
+ Perform quality control checks of BPO partnership work to ensure compliance and accuracy.
+ Promote EFT payment method and Workday set up with supplier community.
+ Utilize a variety of software/systems to research, review, correct, and process outstanding items for payment.
+ Support company wide supplier initiative projects to promote a paperless footprint.
+ Own complex issues and projects that require communication and collaboration with regional and/or Global business partners to reach a solution.
+ Support testing and oversight of Supplier interfacing software within Whole Foods Market.
+ Create, update, and abide by Supplier Maintenance procedures and policies.
+ Partner cross-functionally to optimize upstream and downstream impacts.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills:
+ Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices.
+ Knowledge of compliance requirements to prevent fraud
+ Advanced understanding of Accounts Payable and related general ledger systems and processes.
+ Able to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately.

Education & Experience:
+ BA/BS degree and 2-5 years relevant experience
+ Experience with accounting and/or supplier master data
+ Customer service experience with complex support requests
