GP Internship Job Description

Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong leadership potential and strategic thinking capability. We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who are currently pursuing a bachelor’s level (or equivalent) degree. GP wants people who can bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives into our organization. Well-rounded business acumen and global orientation are critical in GP. 

The GP Internship is a DURATION project-based assignment that may include:

Working across HPE businesses and functional organizations (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.) as a trusted advisor/consultantAnalyzing supplier related data and reporting Data mining and establishing strategiesCore procurement category management skills (data intelligence, market analysis, stakeholder management, negotiation plans, supplier evaluations & interaction, contracts, implementation)Develop network across peers, managers, senior leadership and executivesEfficiency gains through process improvement projects & executionProject Management, Communication & Presentation skills

Qualifications

Education or Experience

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with expected graduation after SIX MONTHS FROM INTERNSHIP START DATE.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are enrolled in the University pursuing Bachelor or Engineering degreeExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other European languageStrong Project Management skillsMS office knowledge (MS Excel)Service oriented behavior and communicationAbility to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
