Who we’re looking for 

Toyota Financial Services Supplier Management Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Supplier Management Manager-Collections. 

  

The primary responsibility of this role is for the back office/administrative support and monitoring activities for the compliance and process integrity of third-party suppliers and the delivery of services that support TFS business strategies in accordance with Service Operations initiatives and servicing objectives.

Reporting to the Supplier Management National Manager, the person in this role will support the Supplier Management department's objective to manage the performance and relationship management of all suppliers across Service Operations. The team oversees the sourcing, selection and onboarding of suppliers and is responsible for the execution of all contractual terms, including service level, quality, productivity, and compliance adherence related requirements.

What you’ll be doing  

Supports the day-to-day execution of operational strategies across third-party servicing relationships for all Supplier Management suppliers and lines of service or assigned lines of service.

Define and manage the performance management process for all assigned operations-based supplier relationships,

Direct resources that examine the Compliance monitoring activities designed to track, trend, and mitigate the compliance, operational, strategic, reputational, and financial risks that arise when TMCC outsources to third parties.

Responsible for directing the activities of the team members tasked with monitoring the Suppliers compliance to Toyota processes and procedures and/or defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Collaborates with Enterprise Compliance, Legal, and other key business units to continuously improve the contract language that holds Suppliers accountable for compliance and the quality of work of the third-party suppliers.

Work in partnership with Legal and Enterprise Compliance to continuously improve the supplier oversight program and consult regarding complex federal/state regulations.

Monitors the outsourced budgets; tracks all budget variances and supports the quarterly reforecasting activities.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree

Progressive experience in supplier management including performance management and relationship management

Proven experience with third party collections management

Experience creating actionable insights from varying sources of information and data.

Experience in people leadership.

Strong ability to apply lessons learned from past experiences and work through complex changes/ situations in a consistently evolving work environment.

Ability to build relationships with a broad audience to drive business results

Manage projects successfully to meet deadlines, provide deliverables, and adhere to budgets.

Some travel may be required.
