Supplier Marketing Manager - Industrial

Job Summary:

Responsible for the creation and execution of supplier marketing programs associated to the specified technology area. Specific focus will be on our key strategic Supplier Brands, ensuring New Product Introductions (NPI), launching product and applications campaigns and deliver agreed performance success metrics.
 

Principal Responsibilities:

Develop, execute and deliver a compelling supplier and product marketing strategy/proposition to drive our mutual goals of sales, profit and customer growth.Work closely with designated suppliers across multiple regions to understand their strategic goals and develop marketing solutions for mutual gain against specified KPIs.Works with/through cross functional marketing team to execute campaign specific tactics.Collaborates with technical and customer marketing to integrate supplier initiatives with the company’s programs and initiatives.Reviews, updates and reports on metrics and marketing plan progress with supplier and DSM on a regular and ad-hoc basis.Tracks and manages marketing programs expenditures.Other duties as assigned.

Able to work across multiple markets and regionsExperience of B2B marketing, customer segmentation, and communicationsCustomer and supplier focusedExperience of full multi-channel marketing mix –including  offline, online, SEM, socialExcellent communication skillsProven ability to deliver results in a complex multi-channel marketing environmentSkilled at written communicationStrong planning and organizational skills with ability to multi-task.


Distinguishing Characteristics:

Familiarity with electromechanical and industrial products / industry

Work Experience:

Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.


Education and Certification(s):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
