Supplier Performance Manager (Hybrid- flexible options)

The supplier performance manager is responsible for supplier performance management, this role facilitates the development and execution of the supplier performance processes, metrics, and tools ensuring our suppliers meet our company standards and expectations. This role will have significant interactions with key operational leaders and suppliers.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supplier performance management processes and strategies to optimize supplier performance and drive cost savings, ensuring that it is in line with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and best practices.Completing work necessary for defining the charter and building a strategic partner partnership for supplier managementDevelop and implement supplier management processes and strategies to optimize supplier performance and drive cost savingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with high-risk suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaborationSupport negotiations with contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monitor high risk supplier performance and conduct regular supplier evaluations of the Vendor Risk Manager to assess compliance with contractual obligations and business case value realization.Maintain a central repository for storing key performance, contractual and financial documentationSupport the Vendor Risk Managers in mitigating supplier risks to protect the company from potential liabilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align supplier management goals with the company's overall business objectivesDeveloping processes and organization capability to execute strategic provider relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred5+ years experience in supplier management5+ years proven supervisory experience

Analytical/ Problem Solving SkillsStrong written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong process management skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environmentExperience in using an TPRM or CLM systemChange Management ExperienceProject Management ExperienceProcess Mapping ExpertiseAbility to Create Standard Operating ProceduresStrong team player, with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships

Salary range $130,000.00- $145,000. Bonus Eligible.
