We are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer for our Sakarya location

 

What you can look forward to as Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsible to maintain compliance on Supplier Quality activities for all sourced suppliers as defined by QD83. All responsibilities applicable for Internal and External Suppliers. Manage sorting activities related to Supplier quality rejects. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely response to Return Material Authorization. Lead Problem Solving activities with Suppliers to ensure an effective Corrective and Permanent Action is deployed for non-conformances. Lead Supplier Non-Conformity Cost (SNCC) Recovery. Work with Plant Finance to ensure debits are processed in timely manner. Work with Cross-functional teams to review and assess Supplier Deviations and Change Requests to provide feedback to Suppliers.Responsible to Support/ Lead Escalation Level-1 activities with quality distressed Suppliers.

 
Your Profile as Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required and Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in production or industrial engineering. Ability to read blueprints and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) concepts and applications required. Strong background in Statistical Quality Control methods and continuous improvement required. Strong knowledge of Problem Solving tools like Trial and Error, Ishikawa Diagram, 5-Why, Is-Is not. Knowledgeable on 8D Structured Reporting Tool and 6 Sigma approach and methodology.  Prior experience with several commodities
