Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supplier Quality Engineer to manage all supplier-related activities, including the initial inspection of parts and materials. You will be responsible for creating and implementing processes to ensure supplier quality. This role requires experience with electrical components and experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.

ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with all suppliers.Oversee the initial inspection of all parts and materials.Create and implement processes to maintain and improve supplier quality.Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.Utilize quality tools such as 5 Why, 8D, and CAPA.Ensure compliance with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).Essential SkillsExperience with supplier quality management.Proficiency in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).Expertise in 5 Why and 8D problem-solving techniques.Strong skills in inspection control and root cause analysis.Knowledge of electrical components and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with exposure to electrical components.Experience with the initial inspection process.Familiarity with PPAP.Work Environment
