WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure they understand and meet quality requirementsConduct supplier quality audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvementWork with suppliers to develop quality improvement plans and monitor progressAnalyze and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective action plansEnsure that suppliers comply with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and other quality requirementsReview and approve supplier PPAP submissions and documentationDevelop and implement receiving inspection plans for materials and products procured from suppliers

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or related field4-8 years of experience in quality, manufacturing or process control (including 4+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering)Excellent communication and facilitation skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsIn-depth knowledge of inspection methods and testing proceduresExperience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF, AS9100Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsIn-depth technical knowledge of mechanical parts and related manufacturing processesIn-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) based on ASME Y14.5 standardsFluent written and spoken English and Polish (required C1 or C2 level)
