Supplier Quality Manager
Job Title: Quality ManagerHard Skills

•\tSeveral years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment

•\tProven leadership/team management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development

•\tExperience with ISO 9001

•\tProven knowledge of gage R&R

•\tExperience with electromechanical products

•\tHands-on approach in taking charge of issues on the factory floor and seeing them through to resolution

•\tDemonstrable experience with Root Cause/Corrective Action and data analysis

•\tExperience with SAP

•\tAbility to travel

Job Description

•\tLead the Quality function including Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality and Quality Control

•\tEnsure that quality strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of cost, quality, and delivery targets

•\tLead QMS certification and audit activities (supplier and internal)

•\tEnsure customer quality issues and non-conformances are resolved quickly

•\tEstablish Quality Performance data and Key Performance Indicators; provide the Management team with regular updates on Quality activities.

•\tMaintain the quality management system (based on ISO 9001)

•\tEnsures that Management Reviews are conducted in collaboration with the plant manager

•\tGrow the Quality team through hiring and development
