Job title: Supplier Quality Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Start date: As soon as possible subject to clearance

Salary Range: Depending on experience

Working Location: Site based (Hybrid arrangements can be negotiated)

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide and demonstrate positive Nuclear Safety leadership, building a strong and compliant Nuclear Safety Culture throughout the supply chain. Develop and maintain Supplier quality arrangements and performance metrics Manage the Supplier Quality Team liaison with Engineering, procurement and construction teams Drive a risk-based data driven approach to capitalise opportunities and mitigate risks to the supply chain performance Engage with stakeholders to analyse non-conformities within the supply chain Manage supplier audit activities and input to schedule Conduct supply chain audits with effective monitoring and management of audit closure within the supply chain Review and monitor Contract Quality Assurance Plans (CQAP)provided by the supply chain Develop and oversee supplier quality training for internal and external supply chain Manage the review and acceptance of End of Manufacturing Reports (EoMR) and associated Life Time Quality Records (LTQRs)

Qualifications/Experience Required:

10 years' experience as a Supply Quality Manager Ability to lead and develop a team of Engineers and Inspectors Experience within the Nuclear industry or (Highly regulated industries) Qualified ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor with experience auditing to the standard Experience engaging with stakeholder

This role does require the candidate to be able to obtain Security clearance.
