The Siemens Industry, Inc. facility in Roebuck, SC, is seeking an Supplier Quality & Process Coordinator.  The Supplier Quality & Process Coordinator supports the quality and engineering teams by coordinating activities related to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), deviations, Engineering Change Request (ECR’s), and supplier quality efforts. This role acts as a liaison between internal teams and suppliers, ensuring documentation, communication, and follow-up tasks are effectively managed. Driving processes forward and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, organizing, and tracking PPAP documentation (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, Material Certifications), ensuring timely submission and effective communication between suppliers and internal quality teams to address gaps.Oversee the dissemination, tracking, and documentation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to ensure clear communication, timely responses, and proper record-keeping.Manage and track deviation requests by routing them for review, providing status updates, and ensuring corrective actions are documented and resolved promptly.Coordinate supplier audits, track performance metrics, and support root cause analysis by facilitating data collection and collaboration between suppliers and internal teams.Collaborate with RGA (Return Goods Authorization) and Shipping DepartmentsManage ECR creation in the Team Center system, serve as the primary contact for status updates, and ensure timely resolution through documentation and follow-ups.Maintain and organize IMS documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, including updating and distributing controlled documents and tracking revisions and approvals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep IMS documents current and accessible, conducting periodic reviews to address gaps or inconsistencies.

Basic Qualifications

Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, and quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach to managing tasks and followups Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams or supplier communications. Basic understanding of problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).

The pay for this position is $24.65-26.75 an hour.  The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
