Supplier Quality Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist to collaborate with cross-functional teams for product quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or similar technical field with 4 years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience. Familiarity with Statistical Process Control and Metrology techniques. Ability to read and interpret drawings and Product Specifications. Ability to navigate the manufacturing environment freely.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in machining and inspection of large aluminum castings. Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Yellow Belt, or Black Belt). Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machine operations. Experience in Gage R&R studies. Knowledge of lean concepts.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Develop training materials for Quality Inspection Documents. Prepare reports on Company Metrics and performance charts on quality indicators. Support QA work instruction development and metrology activities.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
