Subfamily Description
Procurement (PRO) associates with specifying procurement demands, selecting and contracting suppliers, maintaining the relationship to a supplier, and managing the lifecycle; including supplier performance, risk, and phase-out for all suppliers for direct material, services, and indirect material.
Impact
Impact is short-term through individual and team contributions. Scope is primarily within own subject area in a function/unit. Actions and errors impact on program, project or function. Provides measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the organisation's business strategies, with some impact on business unit/ function overall results.

Knowledge & Experience
Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
Specific:
Develop and implement strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) plans aligned with the organization's sustainability, financial, and Business Group goals, including the exploration and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Conduct thorough assessments of supplier market dynamics in material and services, identifying opportunities and risks for strategic procurement decisions. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the organization. Stay current on global industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance procurement strategies. Provide expert guidance on the structuring and negotiation of MSAs and other frame contracts. Lead the development of innovative procurement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost management, and environmental impact. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate supplier initiatives seamlessly into overall business objectives.Overall:
E2E accountability to develop/maintain supplier strategies with stakeholders, identifying new market opportunities, bringing competition in providers, and managing supply risks, securing business continuity and quality of service. Supplier Relationship Management including business review with strategic and preferred suppliers. Stakeholder relationship management collaborating with Sourcing Partners. Translation of supplier strategies into executable sourcing plans based on actual portfolio demands. Ensures cost, availability, innovation, and quality within the sourcing plan creation and execution. Drives/executes global supplier selection along strategy. Supplier base development and identification of new suppliers. Leading contract and price negotiations with suppliers. Secures best T&Cs/contracting for Nokia competitiveness. Responsible for efficient RFx process from selection through onboarding according to the agreed strategies. Contract life cycle management. Ensures compliance with procurement process, SOX, and other statutory requirements within own category. Anticipation and handling of changes based on supply market dynamics, Feasibility Studies. Manages supplier performance. Accountable for agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and their reporting. Acts as a subject matter expert that supports management to make informed decisions. Demonstrates experience in managing cross-functional relationships and stakeholders including senior stakeholders. Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating Supplier Relationship Agreements (MSAs) and other Frame contracts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
