Supplier Risk Specialist

This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Responsible Procurement process, including risk assessment, mitigation, and collaboration with operational risk experts. It manages sustainable procurement campaigns, tracks corrective actions. The position also oversees training materials. Additionally, it supports human rights assessments in procurement and ensures alignment with certification frameworks, coordinates SMETA audits and ensures closure of non-conformances across affiliates.

Your key missions:

Mission 1: You will coordinate and ensure the implementation of Responsible Procurement Process for the assigned perimeter

Ensure the completion of risk assessment, identification, and mitigation.

Be a link with operational risk experts for identified operational risks within assigned perimeter.

Ensure arbitration actions are done for identified subset of suppliers using Moody’s data

Monthly performance reviews with RP Champions, affiliates and category teams as needed

Ecovadis & Sedex campaign coordination for respective perimeter and for suppliers identified as risky

Corrective actions coordination and tracking for respective perimeter.

Mission 2: You will be responsible for the Procurement Community Coordination & Communication

Overall RP programme results review and communication to a wider Pernod Ricard community

Lead the coordination and communication efforts across the network of Responsible Procurement champions, ensuring timely dissemination of information, best practices, and updates.

Foster collaboration within the community to drive the alignment of responsible procurement initiatives, while maintaining a consistent flow of communication with relevant stakeholders to support sustainability goals. Community management (network/My Portal/TEAMS), topics integration into e-learning

Mission 3: You will manage Supplier Audits Coordination

Arrange and coordinate SMETA audits for selected regions & categories.

Coordinate with affiliates the closure of the non-conformances.

Mission 4: You will manage risks-related tools coordination

Coordinate all procurement-risk related systems and on-going ownership (internal and external tools such as Partner Up or EcoVadis): in charge of the scoring methodology, the tools’ accessibility, and maintenance

Support and train Pernod Ricard entities on all tools and the suppliers-related risks

Digitize and optimize the processes together with the tool providers. Participate in the improvement processes when applicable

You will collaborate with the following teams:

With the Climate & Nature team at HQ (various experts)With the Social Sustainability teamWith the functional teams involved in implementing the roadmap (more particularly : Procurement, Supply Chain, Affiliates…),With the network of Responsible Procurement champions, S&R leaders and other relevant functional leaders across the Group and its affiliates.
