Balance and Optimize the TotalEnergies Supply to meet demand for white products.

Collect, analyze and interpret supply chain and market data sets (macro & micro) to identify trends, risks, threats and opportunities.Develop and maintain analytical dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders that can be used for decision making.Leverage and develop supply chain management systems and tools to automate processes, improve visibility, perform scenarios, etc. and enhance decision making accuracy.  Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the supply chain process; propose and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.Evaluate supply chain costs and develop strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality and service.Analyse and interrogate demand forecasts to ensure optimized inventory levels to meet marketing demand efficiently. Establish KPI’s to track and monitor KPA’s (forecast vs actual; inventory days cover; stock-outs; usable storage vs outages; etc) and publish / communicate to all Supply operations. Develop and use tools (e.g. Power BI) for efficient and effective communications.Lead, manage and coordinate:Forecast / demand management process.Effective and proactive communication:Supply Chain InsightsMitigations and replanning/s

Compliance to all legislative as well as Company Directives, Policies, and procedures, with special attention to Anti-Competitive Practices. Activities As a Supply Analyst you would possess the following: o Appropriate recognized business qualification e.g. Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain; Degree / Diploma in Logistics; Degree / Diploma in Inventory Management o Excellent working ability with MS tools (Power BI, Excel, etc) ; o Good ERM system experience; SAP Advantageous o At least 8-10 years in a petrochemical downstream environment, o Supervisory experience / Managing and leading teams o Critical skills include analytical skills, probing mind; planning and organizing skills, report writing skills, ability to work under pressure, leading and supervising others, outside the box thinker and challenge the status quo.
Context & Environment Organizational: Multiple stakeholders; cross functionality; complex, fast-moving, and continuous changing environment. Interaction across all staff, including DIVCOM, MANCOM, inclusive of NBE. Constant evaluation of the supply demand position at product and depot level to ensure security of supply while optimising cost and resource investment.
