Job Description:

To provide the Skills and Knowledge by Designing, Developing, Administering, and Facilitating “World Class” training for Associates to improve their technical skills and performance.

 

What are we looking for?  

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredThree or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environmentProficient with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointBachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related technical fieldExperience developing training materials and programsThree or more years of training experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge/ExperienceBasic computer skills for developing, presenting, and updating training materials.Knowledge of Audio-Visual EquipmentStrong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related technical fieldExperience developing training materials and programsThree or more years of training experience in a manufacturing environment

What will be your key responsibilities?  

Support MSE activities on siteCo-lead E&T pillar as Pillar Lead back upOwn one of the Essential Element for the E&T PillarTeach, Coach, and facilitate development of the Role Profiling processLead development of training materials for the siteSupport with administration of POKADevelop performance-based training programDesign, develop, implement, and evaluate functional training programsDeliver & assess Expert Trainer Program - Monitoring effectiveness of the internal trainers and knowledge assessors, developing and coordinating correction actionsEvaluate training effectivenessCoordinate, communicate & assist in execution of site Training PlanSupport with completion of the audits (external and internal audits) related to training and knowledge assessment.Execute Standards audit process (Healthcheck, Process Confirmation, Coaching card, etc)Support the development/update of the on-boarding program (30-60-90 process). Monitor and assess effectiveness of the programAssist with Onboarding new associates as needed
