Job Description

As a Supply Center Specialist, you will provide direct support to the business unit and clients by assisting with the monitoring of short and medium-term scheduling and planning readiness processes based on the demand plan.

ResponsibilitiesOwn key scheduling reporting functions that drive site readiness to the issued manufacturing schedule.Facilitate daily Value Stream Meetings intended to be the site pulse of supply health.Action key scheduling deliverables such as running daily interfaces and scheduling new orders.Drive intensity and completion of document releases to ensure adherence to readiness gate targets.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Progress towards a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Production, or related field preferred.Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Effective time management and prioritization skills.Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.Self-starter, mature, independent, and dependable.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, able to multi-task, and results-oriented.Ability to respond rationally under pressure.Ability to work independently and take actions to resolve issues.Requires discretion and independent judgment.Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Multiple computer skills including working experience with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsEquivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.Work Environment

This position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations. It involves standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching periodically for prolonged periods. The role requires the ability to manipulate light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds and includes arm, hand, and finger dexterity for prolonged periods. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods is necessary. The position involves sitting, reaching with hands and arms, talking, and hearing for prolonged periods. This is a contingent position in the United States, operating from Sunday to Saturday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
