Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Admin with one of our clients based in Forest Grove, OR. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining organized workspaces, ensuring data accuracy, and providing administrative assistance among other duties. Responsibilities: • Ensure safety in all operations and interactions. • Facilitate the creation of Daily Production Batch tickets. • Manage Transfers between locations. • Oversee the creation of Transfer Paperwork. • Update the production Schedule with Batch ticket and Transfer Information. • Uphold a detail oriented working environment and appearance. • Collaborate with the warehouse inventory clerk to ensure accurate data entry. • Provide necessary additional training for batch ticket input inaccuracies to ensure compliance. • Act as a backup for Batch ticket Closer and close all batch tickets. • Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel • Understanding of supply chain logistics and warehouse inventory management • Strong basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and calculations • Experience in tracking inventory and ensuring its accuracy • Proficient in data entry, able to input and manage inventory data efficiently • Administrative assistance skills, capable of supporting inventory related administrative tasks TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
