Opportunity Snapshot:

 

Compensation: $24-28/hourLocation: Denver, COAssignment Duration: 6-12 months+Work Schedule: 9/80Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision Responsibilities

Support individuals and specific category groups within the Supply Chain department. This may include, but is not limited to the following areas of responsibility

Process and verify accuracy of department invoices, including timely payment and applying discounts where applicableRequest quotes and write purchase ordersProcess material transfers and MJEsUpdate and maintain records of equipmentGenerate and distribute weekly and monthly reportsAnnual physical yard counts and reconciliation processRotating on-call schedule Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office is requiredOil and gas, or supply chain experience is not required, but preferred and beneficialThis role is for an administrative or buyer position, with an emphasis on accounting and supply chainWell organized and detail orientedAble to work efficiently and prioritize effectivelySelf-motivedCommunicate professionally in a clear logical style (both written and oral)It is a very fast-paced environment that’s constantly changing and re-prioritizing. We will need a candidate that is adaptable, and very much a self-starterHigh School or GED required
