Job Description: 

Responsible for all cost-related PCBA supply chain topics. Primarily with our EMS, but also with distributors, component manufacturers and other suppliersDaily coordination with internal and external partners for all matters related to cost, price and invoice issuesSourcing for new suppliers to improve supply chain resilience, variability and costSupplier relationship management and supplier development for EMS, distributors, component manufacturers as well as other suppliersCollaboration with development teams for second source development to improve supply chain resilience, variability and cost.Analysis of supply chain cost to create better understanding of cost driversResponsible for maintaining, improving and developing new systems and processes for cost and direct purchasing. Price negotiations with EMS, distributors, component manufacturers and other suppliersSupport of planning, NPI and other teams in other PCBA supply chain tasks. Participation and management of supply chain projects

Requirements/Qualifications: 

·       BS or MS degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or a similar field with a minimum of 8 years of experience with PCBA supply chain and its cost structure.  

·       Must have a good understanding of PCBA and EMS supply chains as well as the industry with the ability to identify and develop strategic needs.  

·       Broad supplier network within the distributor and component manufacturer world.  

·       Strong analytical capabilities with the drive to develop, analyze and understand data to initiate strategic initiatives.  

·       Strong negotiator with experience in driving cost-down, initiating RFQ and managing a broad multi-tier supplier portfolio.  

·       Proactive, dynamic and well organized personality with the drive to grow and improve personally as well as professionally.  

·       Excellent communication skills, with a track record of working independently in an international environment and with cross-functional teams.
