The Supply Chain Analyst will support the SCO Data Analytics Manager to build and deliver data models, dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses that enable Supply Chain Operations to operate more quickly, efficiently, and with improved data visibility. At times, the Analyst will be required to work directly with the SCO Data Analytics Director or other leaders, and to operate autonomously on their own to lead and get results. The role will also work with cross-functional partners to support data integrity, define requirements, and scope-out results. This position requires a good understanding of supply chain fundamentals, and also strong technical and analytical proficiency. It requires the ability to learn new data modeling and data visualization platforms quickly, and the capacity to apply knowledge from diverse sources towards solving cross-functional problems! Responsibilities:Project Management + Collaborates across functions on requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of analytical products, solutions, or tools + Capable of facilitating meetings and workshops involving diverse partners and leading to a target date + Reliably communicates with partners, colleagues, and leaders at all levels + Capable of operating with minimum support/guidance from Manager and Director Analytics and Reporting + Responsible for applying quantitative techniques to develop insights to drive recommendations + Support Supply Chain data visibility needs by building Reports, Dashboards, and ensuring single-source-of-truth is maintained across all views + Support SAP Master Data Governance in conjunction with Accenture BPS team – provide 2nd level support on SAP Supply Chain data issues Talent Management & Development + Identify continuous learning opportunities for own development, both technical and business-related + Participate in regular touch bases + Train cross functional partners and participate in team-development initiatives Qualifications + 2-4 years of combined Data Analytics and Supply Chain experience + Experience in manufacturing and/or consumer goods/retail preferred + Solid understanding of Supply Chain concepts required + Supply Chain Systems Proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP experience) required + Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc.) required + Prior experience with Data Visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) required + Prior experience with relational databases and structured query languages preferred + Ability to work autonomously, with initiative and ability to achieve results + Ability to build and cultivate trusted relationships with internal and external partners Education + Bachelor’s degree required – preference for degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, or similar Core Competencies + Lead with Curiosity & Humility + Build High Performing Teams for Today & Tomorrow + Influence & Inspire with Vision & Purpose + Observe, Engage & Connect + Strive to Achieve Operational Excellence + Deliver Business Results Benefits We invite you to join Gingham Nation, where we invest in our associates through competitive compensation, benefits, and development opportunities, so they can continue to be their best at work, at home, and in their communities.
