Supply Chain Analyst
One of the largest eCommerce companies headquartered in Seattle, WA is hiring a PC II in Arlington, VA. About the role: + Must come onsite 100% onsite in Arlington, VA + Compensation: $32/hr + 4 month contract with potential for extension/conversion + Monday-Friday 9-5pm Job Description + As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will: Deep dive current state SRM systems, tools, and mechanisms to map of existing capabilities across teams and stakeholders. + Develop current state mapping of SRM processes and conduct gap analysis. + Design and implement short-term mechanisms to improve visibility into and reporting of supplier screening and performance. + Develop and drive short/mid-term solutions for measuring performance, increasing screening while surfacing data for business cases to justify long-term investments. Required Skills: + 4 years of program or project management experience + 4 years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams + 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics + 4 years of supply chain experience + Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements + Advanced knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's Qualifications + 2-4+ years of program or project management experience + 2-4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience + 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience + 2-4+ years of supply chain experience + Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements + Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Procurement discipline + 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience + Experience building processes, project management, and schedules + Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization + 3+ years of driving process improvements experience About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
