As Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will work with the EMEA Demand & Supply Planning team to develop, co-ordinate, source and deliver planning information to enable the planning team to analyse performance and drive improvements in plan accuracy, product availability and inventory coverage. This role plays a critical part in improving day to day operation and supply chain alignment.

What To Expect: 

Support the day-to-day planning operations; Identify and collect data to support operational planning process and report performance Proactively manage inventories to ensure there is excellent customer service throughout and an alignment of stock levels of inventory targets. Planning Master data project on governance, cleansing and maintenance. Maintain accuracy of system planning parameters including safety stock levels, min/ max quantities, lead times of new products. Generate Planning KPIs and report to provide right visibility on backorders, inventory to target, E&O, etc Daily interaction with the EMEA 3PL warehouse partner based in Ghent Belgium, UK and Spain.

What We Expect:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or a related role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
