Supply Chain Analyst
Arvato seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, Supply Chain Analyst to join our Louisville team. As part of our team, you will ensure that our global facilities carry sufficient inventory of server components for one of the world’s leading cloud computing companies. Your responsibilities will be customer-interfacing and focus on supply planning and procurement. The ideal candidate will be able to work with both internal teams (Account Management, Operations, Service Delivery, etc.) and external stakeholders to forecast demand, manage inventory, conduct purchasing activities (RFQ’s/PO’s/Delivery Tracking) to meet customer needs. YOUR TASKS * Analyzing current customer demand patterns to create Supply Plan Forecasts that ensure product availability. * Utilizing data analytics tools to monitor and report on trends and risks, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Ensuring Optimal Inventory Management. * Problem-solving supply chain disruptions in a timely manner * Creating trusted relationships with both Customers and Vendors/Distributors to coordinate on Program Needs. * Supporting a variety of ad hoc projects and tasks * Sending RFQ’s and PO’s to Vendors, tracking the purchase through delivery and inbounding * Systematic Management of Bills of Material (BOM) YOUR PROFILE * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum 2 years' experience in a supply chain role or related position * Preferable to have a strong understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics. * Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (SAP, advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.) is ideal. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and to manage multiple priorities * Preferable to have some experience in International Shipping (Import/Export/Customs/Trade) WE OFFER * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay. * 401(k) with company matching up to 6%. * Paid Time Off, including paid holidays. * Flexible Spending Accounts. * Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more. * Employee Assistance Program. * Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training. * Commuter benefits. * Employee engagement activities.
